About SNS — two disciplines, one philosophy
About Soul Nourished Success

Two Disciplines.
One Philosophy.

We believe success should support the person creating it, not consume them in the process.

We’re Faith Rivera and Dominique Vacheresse, the women behind Soul Nourished Success.

Faith and Dominique laughing together

We came to this work from different directions, but with a shared belief: meaningful growth requires more than a great vision, a smart strategy, or the willingness to work harder.

It requires capacity, support, systems, relationships, and resources that support both the person and the work.

That belief is what brought our work together.

And eventually, it became Soul Nourished Success.

Our story

It Started With a Happy Hour

We met at a networking event and became fast friends.

At our first get-to-know-you happy hour, we realized we had very similar philosophies about success, leadership, and growth, even though the work we did looked very different.

We also discovered something much more personal.

Before we’d ever met, we’d both experienced multiple rounds of burnout so severe that we’d each been hospitalized multiple times.

Individually, those experiences had already shaped how we chose to build our own businesses. Building in a way that supported our own well-being was now a non-negotiable.

It also shaped the work we created for our clients.

Neither of us was interested in helping people achieve more by simply becoming better at hustle culture or overriding themselves. We wanted to help people build businesses, organizations, and lives capable of supporting both their ambitions and the humans responsible for carrying them.

That’s why self-care isn’t something we tack onto the end of the conversation.

For us, self-care is an integral part of business strategy.

It’s infused into the way we work, the experiences we create, our events, and the offerings we develop for our clients.

While that shared philosophy connected us, our work approached it from very different directions.

Faith was focused on helping leaders increase their capacity and impact, access funding and opportunities, strengthen programs, navigate growth, and connect the right people and resources to the work.

Dominique was focused on what happened behind the scenes, actually building the systems, processes, workflows, decision frameworks, operational environments, and support structures that turned vision into something people could execute with ease and sustain.

Then Faith hired Dominique for a project.

We worked well together. Really well.

Soon, we were writing each other into proposals for our own clients because we could see where one person’s work naturally connected to the other’s.

There was no grand plan to create a business together.

There was just a growing body of evidence that what we each did independently became more powerful when we brought it into the same room.

So we did.

The running joke

Faith Does the Peopley Stuff.Dominique Does the Behind-the-Scenes Stuff.

That’s the running joke between us.

It’s also a surprisingly accurate shorthand for why this partnership works.

Two bodies of work

The Frameworks Behind Our Work

Our shared philosophy doesn’t mean we do the same work.

We each bring our own body of work, frameworks, and language into Soul Nourished Success.

Together, they allow us to look at what growth requires, what might prevent someone from sustaining it, and how to build a business that supports both the impact and the person creating it.

Strong Capacity. Sustainable Growth.

Faith sees the bigger picture of what someone is trying to create and what they need around them to make greater impact possible.

As founder and CEO of Alo Civitas Consulting, Faith helps leaders strengthen their capacity, access resources and opportunities, and create the conditions for their mission and impact to grow sustainably.

She is the person who can see the opportunity, the people who need to be connected, the resources that may already be within reach, and the conversation that needs to happen next.

Growth doesn’t create capacity. Capacity creates opportunity for sustainable growth.

Faith’s work is grounded in that central belief.

FrameworkThe Capacity Blueprint Framework

Five interconnected areas that influence whether a business or organization can support its vision and sustain its success.

  • 01

    Leadership Capacity

The leadership, decision-making, development, and people required to move the mission forward.

  • 02

    Personnel Capacity

The people, roles, training, and support needed to carry the work effectively.

  • 03

    Financial Capacity

The financial resources and readiness required to support growth, including funding, partnerships, contracts, and other opportunities appropriate to the organization.

  • 04

    Operations Capacity

The tools, technology, data, processes, and organizational mechanisms that support the work.

  • 05

    Services Capacity

The ability to use data, staffing, partnerships, and mission alignment to determine how services or programs should grow and evolve.

The five capacities help identify where growth may be outpacing what the organization is currently equipped to hold, so leaders can strengthen those areas before momentum becomes another source of strain.

Holistically Heart-Centered

Authenticity-Based Systems

Dominique builds what happens behind the scenes.

Dominique’s work starts with the friction people often feel long before they have language for what’s causing it.

Invisible Friction

The friction people often experience without realizing the problem may be compatibility rather than capability.

Somatic Debt

Names the bodily cost accumulated when high-capacity people continually push past signals of depletion, misalignment, or incompatibility because they’re still technically capable of continuing.

Expansion Without Fragmentation

The growth that increases coherence rather than requiring you to split off pieces of yourself as you evolve. This is especially important for multi-passionate and neurodivergent leaders, whose interests, ideas, strengths, and ways of thinking may not fit neatly into a single lane.

Then she does something about it.

Authenticity-Based Systems turn that awareness into something tangible by building the way you operate around who you actually are, rather than forcing you into someone else’s version of how work, productivity and efficiency should be accomplished.

Combining operational design with a deep understanding of authenticity and natural wiring, her goal isn’t to hand someone another best practice and teach them to tolerate it better.

It’s to build a business that fits while intentionally integrating the forms of self-care that replenish their capacity into how the business operates.

FrameworkThe Four-Pillar Framework

Four lenses for understanding how the business functions as a whole. A single system, asset, process, or initiative may touch several of them at once.

Operational Intelligence

Discovers the opportunity you are uniquely equipped to own.

Operational Infrastructure

Builds the environment capable of supporting the work.

Operational Visibility

Makes your differentiated value recognizable to the people who need it.

Operational Flexibility

Keeps the business adaptable as you and the work evolve.

Authenticity · the anchor underneath all four

It informs what we build, what belongs, what doesn’t, and the decisions we make as the business evolves.

Better together

What Happens When We Put Those Lenses Together

Faith’s lens

Faith looks at the capacity surrounding the vision and what the person, business, or organization needs to support meaningful, sustainable growth.

Dominique’s lens

Dominique sees what needs to happen behind the scenes and builds the systems that make the vision and growth possible while maximizing the time you’re in your genius zone and flow, so your impact can be sustainable and consistent.

Soul Nourished Success brings both sides into the same conversation.

As business owners, we can get excited about new opportunities that demonstrate we’re growing. However, without the strategy and capacity to support that growth, it can quickly become unsustainable for the person carrying it.

That’s why we look at the whole picture: the vision, the strategies, the operations, and the people responsible for bringing it all to life.

We care about the impact you’re here to make.
We care about whether you have the capacity to sustain it.
We care about how the work gets done.
And we care about what the way you’re building it is asking of you.

Because success isn’t particularly nourishing if you have to disappear inside of it.

What’s next

We’re Just Getting Started

Soul Nourished Success is growing into an ecosystem of experiences, resources, relationships, and rooms for people who want meaningful growth without losing themselves in what they’re building. Throughout 2027, we’ll continue bringing that philosophy to life through:

Different rooms. Different conversations. Different ways to engage. One philosophy underneath all of them:

What you’re building matters. So does the person building it.

If that sounds like the kind of success you’ve been looking for, you’re probably going to like the rooms we’re creating.

Come on in.
